- Are messaging and assistant connections available?
- No. Connectors, plugins, messaging, SMS and phone access are part of the vision for future development.
- Does participation give a business access to all records?
- Bloom is being designed around the owner’s permission and clear access boundaries. Joining an ecosystem is not a promise of unrestricted access to personal history.
- Can one partner distribute Zelo and connect its network?
- Yes. We want to explore both customer distribution and care-network participation in the same partnership, beginning with a clearly scoped pilot discussion.
