What can a partnership include?

Our proposed model combines distribution of Zelo to a partner’s customers with participation by clinics and pet shops in Bloom. We can explore either path or both in a clearly scoped pilot. Zelo is in development and Bloom is planned.

Can we offer Zelo and connect our network?

A partner can offer Zelo to its customers and explore connecting its clinic and pet-shop network to Bloom. Both paths are part of the proposed partnership model.

Can an individual clinic or pet shop participate?

Yes. We welcome conversations with individual clinics and pet shops as well as larger networks. Bloom participation is planned, and the scope of any pilot will be agreed together.

Is Zelo available today?

Zelo is in development. Bloom and external channel integrations are planned. We are opening partnership conversations ahead of launch.

How will access to pet records work?

Bloom is being designed around the owner’s permission and clear access boundaries. What is shared, with whom and for what purpose must be defined as part of any pilot.

What should we include in our first message?
